Standard shipping has no public customer tracking ability (upgrade to TRACKED shipping postal service option at checkout if you require package tracking).

UK standard 1st class, aim 1-2 business days. Royal Mail are extremely reliable, occasional postal delays reported from ongoing staffing shortages.

International orders delivered by your national postal service. Postal services give current shipping estimates 1-3 weeks. Delays occasionally occur with backlogs at some countries customs. Check custom charges your country may apply for overseas mail - although generally these only apply for higher value imports. Customs charges are importers (buyers) responsibility.

Packaging is plastic-free. I use mainly recycled and up-cycled materials, and it is all recyclable/compostable/reusable. Packaging is always plain and discrete (for pride items there are no LGBTQ+ references anywhere).

Metal jewellery, earrings, dog tags & keychains are individually gift wrapped as standard (free of charge!)

Cotton bracelets, anklets, or waterproof cord bracelets each come with a handmade 100% recycled card gift tag.

Orders are sent in a slim recycled cardboard box or paper envelope, both fit through a letterbox.

UK: I do not include prices in packages, you can ship directly to a giftee & I can handwrite a short message to them on the tag. Overseas packages must state prices (required for customs purposes).

I love custom orders! I have a very quick turnaround on creating small-medium quantity custom orders - just 1-3 business days from purchasing your order to shipping it. For large custom orders (15+ items) contact me for turnaround time and bulk discount possibilities.

Everything at CraftyMotMot is made by my own two hands, so I can create anything you see in alternate colours if you prefer - do contact me if you see a ready-to-ship item you like in my shop but would like it made for you in different colours.

Sizes for each specific item can be found by clicking and expanding the 'item description' tab. My bracelets and anklets have adjustable closures and are one-size-fits-most. Contact me, for a larger or smaller size to be made just for you.

'How-To-Fasten' guides can be seen in the photos of each individual listings. As well as a photo guide for shortening ties if desired - if modifying your bracelets bands be sure to carefully follow all steps - especially melting the knotted ends of waxed cord ties so they don’t come undone!

Cotton bracelets/anklets use top quality, strong, fade-resistant cotton thread. Can be worn 24/7 and in chemical-free water.

Waterproof cord bracelets are strong, fade-resistant polyester thread with a vegan, non-sticky light wax finish. Some soap degrades wax so remove bracelets during showering.

Bar bracelets use aluminium (nickel free, won’t tarnish or turn green). Initial bracelets are brass. Protect during spraying chemicals e.g. sanitiser/perfume. Avoid soaking in water to keep the blackened lettering perfect. If you ever wish to re-ink any lettering see pet tag FAQ.

Earrings are hypoallergenic 925 sterling silver.

To keep any jewellery looking new, it’s advisable to remove the item during bathing, vigorous sports & swimming.

Contact me via Etsy messages or the link in your order confirmation email WITHIN 2 HOURS of placing an order, if you wish to cancel an order. See individual listings for return/exchange eligibility. Buyers in the EU have the right to withdraw (cancel or return) an order within the extended timeframe of 14 days of delivery. This extended withdrawal rule DOES NOT apply to personalised, custom-made products or goods that can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings) and are unsealed after delivery. Buyers from EU or elsewhere, ordering custom-made, personalised products or earrings, are not eligible for returns/exchanges, and require communication to Sarah at CraftyMotMot within 2 hours of purchase to qualify for cancellation.

Keychains & pet discs are aluminium (nickel and lead free), won’t tarnish. I use water-resistant black enamel in lettering. Splashes & rain showers won't be a problem but always remove the tag when bathing or swimming your pet. Prolonged water contact or the chemicals in soaps and flea treatments could dissolve ink enamel. For cats use the smallest ring to attach the tag close to the collar, out of reach of their sandpaper tongues which could abrade the lettering during grooming! To ever re-blacken the letters, rub a permanent marker over the lettering, then right away wipe the surface with a tissue leaving the black in the indents.
